**Who We Are**

Come join the Discrete Graphics Artificial Intelligence (DGAI) team! We are responsible for Physical Implementation of the Graphics AI products at Intel.

**Who You Are**

Physical Design expert to drive PPA (power performance area)

+ Candidate will be a physical design expert who can analyze and investigate the physical design perspectives of any new IP design.

+ Identifying implementation improvements, guidelines and solutions for better PPA (power performance area).

+ Explore new physical design methodology to improve PPA.

This position has a fully-remote work model.

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

**What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):**

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field with 9+ years' experience OR a Master's degree in in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field and 6+ years of related experience OR a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field and 4+ years of related experience.

+ Strong experience in Physical Design including thorough understanding of full physical implementation flow from RTL to GDS.

+ Advanced user In Synopsys physical design tools.

+ Graphics design knowledge and experience (High-speed and High-density design).

**How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):**

+ Good understanding of RTL design

+ GPU/AICore Data-flow understanding and familiarity is an added advantage

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $162,041.00-$259,425.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
