Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Talent Management will work directly with Leaders, Management, and Employees to provide talent guidance and HR expertise. The position develops partnerships across the Business and Talent functions to support the businesses organizations goals, guidance on HR policies, succession planning, retention efforts, supporting cyclical performance, and associate engagement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

+ Develop, implement, deliver, and administer talent development programs, facilitate annual talent reviews and leadership succession planning, mentoring, and coaching of top and emerging talent.

+ Partner with business leaders to assess employee engagement and deploy appropriate strategies, key programs may include a Mentorship Program, Leadership Development Programs, and Individual Development and Coaching Programs.

+ Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.

+ Drive innovation, process and rigor into performance management process including effective and timely coaching and feedback, goal cascading, aligned and smart objectives setting, training, measurement of impact and effectiveness.

+ Partner with global business and HR leaders to deploy employee engagement surveys and actions plans to reinforce and address findings, develop and communicate engagement metrics and measurements.

+ Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee life-cycle and applies that understanding to craft integrated solutions that are thoughtful and reinforced by upstream and downstream talent programs.

+ Applies general understanding of all areas of HR programs and policies, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, HRIS, employee engagement and analysis to support the day-to-day needs of employees and assigned business units.

+ Manage relationships with assigned business units and act as business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, mobilizing appropriate internal resources to support in delivering talent strategy and plans to tackle workforce challenges such as retention, associate morale, associate development through analysis of data, sentiment gathering, etc.

+ Provide coaching and guidance to Managers on how to address performance concerns and policy concerns. Partner with leadership to investigate and document corrective action.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of HRBP and Talent Management experience in a corporate environment

+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

+ Experience in developing succession and retention plans for exempt and non-exempt employees

+ Expertise in designing and implementing talent development programs, DEI and ESG, employment laws and regulations, HR best practices development and deployment, and project management

+ Strong communication and organization skills to support site and senior leadership

+ Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in a renewable energy or solar industries

+ In depth HR knowledge in succession planning, retention, employment law, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, and employee-related services

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to develop, mentor, motivate and inspire others

+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

+ Active affiliations with appropriate HR networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement

+ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR, certification
