**Who you are:**

The Intel Federal (IFL) Business Architecture, Systems, and Training team (FAST Team) is looking to add a resourceful, collaborative, and organized Business Systems Analyst to support Intel Federal's ongoing systems solutions as well as implementing a comprehensive system solution across our Program Life Cycle. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn processes and policies quickly, ability to manage stakeholder relationships, and strong communication skills. This is an ideal position for an individual who is passionate about process improvement and information systems to ensure that our business processes and systems are working effectively. In this role you will gain exposure to and work with all aspects of the Intel Federal organization, from initial opportunity identification all the way to contract closeout. You will interface with IT and Information Security business partners to find the best solutions for our organization. **A day in the life of:**

As a Federal Systems Analyst, you are the liaison between Intel Federal Operations, Intel/IFL IT and Infosec and external vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions in place today meet critical business needs. You will project manage the software and data management solutions to ensure that they are seamless and cohesive to the business overall. Additionally, you will partner with the Intel Federal core team to create a system infrastructure that has streamlined, consolidated, and integrated information databases that are easily retrievable and manageable. You will be a key contributor to the Intel Federal enterprise implementation project, having a hands-on role in the planning, designing, and execution of this project. This role works within a team-based environment and exchanges technical information with internal stakeholders and business users, IFL management, technical support personnel, and vendors to get to the right solution. The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective data gathering and analysis skills along with exceptionally strong knowledge of SAP or similar government contracting ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems.

Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

+ Implementation support of new software and applications solutions, including but not limited to: Timekeeping/Labor tracking, USG Property, Governance Risk Compliance (GRC), Subject Invention Reporting, customer relationship management (CRM), Contract lifecycle management (CLM), analytics and reporting platforms, and more.

+ Support of ongoing IT timekeeping improvements, USG accounting specific reporting and other SAP related initiatives to ensure that the business needs are met.

+ Strong ability to understand and work with IT and InfoSec business partners to ensure that the critical elements of the system are robust enough for government contracts and security, such as FEDRAMP platforms.

+ Analysis of problems, development, and realization of solutions: Coordinates the gathering of organizational requirements to define the scope and deliverables of the project in collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders. Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the project plan, aligning the stakeholders and team members.

+ Maintaining a clear backlog and roadmap tracking systems fixes, maintenance, enhancements, and longer-term projects bringing new systems functionality.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed below.

+ Understanding of Intel technology and emerging technologies.

+ Experience in ERP systems.

+ Experience with system implementations and how various tools interface with the larger system solution.

+ Prior experience working on USG contracts, including understanding the PLC of traditional contract types.

+ Must be self-directed and resourceful, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

+ Demonstrated willingness to work across a wide range of stakeholders in cross-functional projects.

+ Willingness to communicate effectively with both IT teams and Business users and act as a liaison between these stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

You must possess the minimum education requirements noted below and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

This position involves work on a US Government Contract and/or proposal for U.S. Government Contract that limit participation to U.S Citizens. A person may be required to provide proof of citizenship to comply with U.S. Government requirements. Any offer by Intel for this position is conditioned upon satisfying any government requirement regarding proof of citizenship.

Bachelors degree in a technology related discipline and 3+ years of industry related experience.

2+ years' experience with SAP or other ERP systems such as Oracle, or government contracting specific ERPs such as Unanet or similar.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with the MS Office suite, especially Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.

+ Experience with US government regulations and content, including FAR, DFARS, and others as needed.

+ Understanding of USG contracts and the terms and conditions that are routinely part of USG contracts such as FAR15, OTAs, grants, cooperative agreements, or similar.

+ Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) tools

+ Experience with Agiloft, Icertis or similar contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools

+ Experience with Dassian or similar US government contracting ERP tools will be a significant differentiator.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $92,847.00-$148,355.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
