**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

Obtains moderately complex financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment plan agreements and Medicare coverage.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or GED

+ One (1) year of relevant experience.

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Two (2) years of face to face customer service in a hospital environment

**Pay Range**

$18.00 - $20.38 /hour
