**Sodexo** is seeking **Food Service Managers** for various locations throughout the country to include Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, Oklahoma,Rhode Island,Texas, and Wyoming in our Campus Segment. We are seeking candidates with an openness to travel as well as an openness to relocation to one of these states based on business needs.

**Key Duties**

+ Maintains and develops client relationships and customer satisfaction.

+ Establishes and maintains a safe work environment.

+ Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.

+ Utilizes Sodexo resources and programs to ensure operating standards and regulatory requirements are met and employees have the necessary equipment and inventory.

+ Manages by providing positive and constructive feedback to employees in order to reward, coach, correct and motivate in order drive a high-level of employee engagement.

+ Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance.

+ Have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;

+ Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

+ Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or

+ Demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
