Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled tradesman to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and expertise in patching and texturizing drywall, carpentry, painting and punch list management. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role supports our self-perform crew. Duties/Responsibilities: Patching Drywall – Fill in holes, cracks, and other imperfections to a high standard. Carpentry – Construct and repair structures and objects using wood, drywall, and other materials. Measure and cut materials to precise specifications. Painting – Paint and finish surfaces to a high standard. Punchlist – Manage punch lists and ensure all work is completed to the required standard.
