Reports to: HVAC Lead/HVAC Production Manager

Job Summary: Install HVAC systems according to job specifications; work with job supervisor to ensure project is completed by deadlines. This job is not based in Plymouth, MN. A successful candidate will be willing to travel around the 7-county metro to the various new construction job sites for work. We do our best to accommodate and dispatch technicians based on their location and skillset.

Job Description:
· Install HVAC systems and ducting for new construction homes.
· Install air conditioning equipment and furnace equipment.
· Cleaning up jobsite to include materials and garbage.
· Communicate with HVAC Lead and HVAC Production Manager on job specifics in order to complete job correctly.
· Maintain tools and equipment to ensure availability and in safe operating condition.
· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
· Have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
· Be able to commute to job sites (mileage reimbursement available).
· Be hardworking, self-motivated and reliable.

Work environment: Works in new construction homes in all weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; lift; use a ladder, tools, use hands and fingers; feel, and reach with hands. The employee must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Education and experience required: High school diploma or equivalent. No previous experience necessary. Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable.
