Work You'll do/Responsibilities

+ Good understanding of the Business Processes

+ Developing, testing, and managing SAP modules and functionalities based on the client's business requirements and technical specifications.

+ Collaborating with the functional team and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and are aligned with the overall project goals

+ Identify as-is processes and to-be processes.

+ Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules.

+ Develops and shares reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client project

+ Track and review change control documentation

+ Assist with the editing of quality documents (SOP's, guidelines, validation master plans, etc.) to ensure compliance with regulator requirements

+ Prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation, and documentation

+ Translate business specifications into user documentation

+ Plan, write, and maintain systems and user support documentation efforts; including online help screens

+ Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

+ Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Required Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of proven experience in technical writing and documentation in an SAP environment.

+ 2+ years of detailed understanding of SAP modules and their functionalities.

+ 2+ years of Knowledge of SAP - functional, technical or configuration.

+ Willingness to author and edit documentation.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Must Be a US Citizen

+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

+ Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

+ Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
