Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer position is responsible for customer interviews; designing, sketching, and developing user flows; and creating CRM collateral. They will also deliver prototypes, conduct user tests, design aesthetically pleasing and engaging interfaces, and create compelling graphics for use in print, digital, social and video marketing initiatives. In addition, the Graphic Designer will have strong UI/UX skills and deliver a science-based approach to marketing by taking into consideration human factors and ergonomics to bring their creations to life by engineering performant, modularized front-end communication frameworks that are easy and streamlined for mortgage industry external and internal clients to understand.

The Graphic Designer assembles images, typography, and motion graphics to create design pieces. They are also responsible for typesetting, illustration, video and photo editing, print design and web design. A core responsibility of the Graphic Designers job is to present information in a way that is both accessible, memorable and easy to understand. This position requires that the incumbent be flexible, detail-oriented, deadline driven and a good collaborator.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Create marketing material using animation, multimedia design and programming, content management, and video and audio editing skills.

+ Create, design, and optimize business processes to streamline the operations and user experience for both internal and external use.

+ Develop brand guidelines, vision, voice and library of graphics that illustrates who we are and what we stand for as a company

+ Formulate all aspects of website including design, customer experience, graphics and optimization for mobile.

+ Construct graphic and animated elements including network graphics and event, educational, and promotional packages that are all applied to film through editing and conceptual focus.

+ Edit, illustrate and work with a range of media including computer-aided design (CAD), Adobe AE, and Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Assist in both online and direct mail design and layout, including vendor fulfillment.

+ Utilize current trends in graphic design to create concept & storyboard art.

Required Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following

+ Design packaging for promotional pieces, training pieces, and awards for internal and external usage.

+ Select, edit, position, and publish photos to accompany the text of a publication including composition of typography, cropping and selecting edits of both print photography and video framing.

+ Document event marketing collateral for the branch marketing library.

+ Deliver image selects at appropriate resolution for media including photo editing, touch-up, and adjustments to be print-ready.

+ This position may require occasional overtime and travel

+ Additional tasks as assigned
