**INTAKE NURSE - TUCSON, AZ - ONSITE - PERMANENT POSITION - EXCELLENT BENEFITS**

**MUST HAVE:**

+ Unencumbered AZ LPN Licensure

**Responsibilities:**

+ Take and record patient pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administer finger stick, and first aid as needed.

+ Entering patient information into information system, as well as investigating post donation information.

+ Managing, evaluating, and reporting patient reaction(s).

+ Communicate with collaborating supervisors and specialist's regarding patient care.

+ Maintaining accurate patient medical records.

+ Provides support and education to patients around their medical needs.

**Qualifications:**

+ Familiarity with medical software and equipment.

+ Must be flexible with shifts (rotating schedule with weekends and evenings, but **no overnights** !)

+ Exceptional team player mindset

+ Must have unencumbered AZ license (or compact)

Pay: $28 - $30/hr.

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
