Key Responsibilities:

+ Healthcare Client Enterprise Architecture is looking for three highly experienced Principal Level Architects for three of its portfolios Pharmacy, eCommerce, or Epic/Imaging). The portfolio focus is Epic Imaging.

+ Each of the Principal Architects should be well versed with respective portfolio and must have held a similar role in the past.

+ This position is responsible for clearly defining the enterprise portfolio architecture so that it can be managed consistently across applications and the organization managing adherence to governance and management policies across the enterprise and building reference architectures, detailed architecture to very successful execution of initiatives.

+ Some of the unique challenges this position will face include designing solutions that support shared enterprise strategic goals and value.

+ Drives the execution of multiple work streams by identifying customer and operational needs developing and updating procedures and policies gaining cross functional support for objectives and priorities translating business strategy into actionable business requirements Technology solutions removing obstacles that impact performance guiding performance and developing contingency plans accordingly, solving highly complex issues and influencing the completion of project tasks by others.

+ Practices self-leadership and promotes learning in others by soliciting and acting on performance feedback building collaborative, cross functional relationships communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward adapting to competing demands and new responsibilities providing feedback to others, including upward feedback to leadership influencing, mentoring, and coaching team members fostering open dialogue amongst team members evaluating and responding to the strengths and weaknesses of self and unit members and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 4 years' experience leading and defining enterprise portfolio architecture in a corporate or enterprise environment, working with either Pharmacy, Epic/Imaging or eCommerce portfolio with experience in the design of target state architecture in a corporate or enterprise environment and integration of multi cloud solutions.

+ Minimum 2 years' experience in AI ML, Gen AI and LLMs

+ Minimum 3 years' experience with modeling techniques e.g., BPMN, UML, ER and experience working with Enterprise Architecture modeling tools, such as SPARX or C4

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, Engineering, Business, or related technical field and Minimum ten 7 years IT

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working with information management repositories. ​

+ Experience working with canonicals within integration architecture.

+ Experience working with or serving as a member of a data governance board.

+ Experience with Pharmacy technologies

+ Supervisory experience.

+ Experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)

+ Experience in a leadership role of a large matrixed organization.

+ Experience working with IT vendors.

+ Experience architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale, high volume, high availability systems.

+ Experience establishing and documenting standards, guidelines, and best practices.

+ Experience working with Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman.

+ Experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.

+ Experience with commercial off-the-shelf package integration.

+ Data architecture experience.

+ Application architecture experience.

+ Infrastructure architecture experience.

+ Information security experience.

+ Experience working with health systems.

+ Experience working with large corporate or enterprise business systems.

+ Experience working with emerging technologies related to architecture.

+ Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, CIS, or related field.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
