**Requirements:**

+ Must be licensed ( LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT)

+ Master's Degree in related field

+ 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.

+ Licensure at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor required

**Pay Details:** $525,000.00 to $57,700.00 per year
