As a Project Manager, you will lead critical change initiatives, ensuring initiatives are positioned for success through application of critical project management skills. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring consistency with appropriate strategy, commitments, and goals.

In this role you will:

+ Provide leadership in the planning, documentation, and ongoing execution of projects, as assigned

+ Create and maintain a consistent approach to project management and services; act as a change agent for continuous improvement through enhanced methodologies

+ Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

+ Develop full-scale project plans, and schedule project timelines

+ Estimate and coordinate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; assume administrative role for onsite or virtual meetings, calls, and webinars between internal and external participants; may manage project budgets

+ Provide direction and support to project teams; coach and mentor team members on methodology and general project management techniques

+ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

+ Track project deliverables using appropriate tools; monitor and report on progress of projects to key stakeholders

+ Proactively manage changes in project scope, and devise contingency plans to ensure the achievement of project outputs

+ Ensure that the Company’s values and related management policies, procedures, and practices are strongly supported and implemented consistently when executing assigned projects

What you bring to the table:

+ Minimum 3 years experience in project management required, including all aspects of process development and execution; 4+ years experience preferred

+ 4 year degree required

+ Knowledge of project management principles and strategies

+ Knowledge of SAP

+ Analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills

+ Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

+ Leadership skills

+ Oral and written communication and presentation skills

+ Conflict management skills

+ Decision making skills with the ability to take appropriate risks

+ Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the Company and external constituents

+ Ability to manage competing priorities, multitask, resolve conflicts and make decisions in a rational, systematic, and logical manner

+ Ability to work in a team-based environment and manage resources effectively

+ Ability to demonstrate a forward-looking, results-oriented perspective in motivating, inspiring, and managing people conducive to teamwork

+ Ability to meet tight deadlines
