Skills and Requirements

-At least 3+ years of Business Analyst experience

-Higher education work experience

-Understanding of IT Ecosystem: You should have a solid understanding of the IT landscape, including various technologies, processes, and best practices.

-IT Service Management (ITSM): Understanding ITSM practices, such as incident management, problem management, change management, and service level agreements, is valuable.

-Documentation Skills: Youll be translating discovery information into detailed documentation. Proficiency in creating organized and comprehensive documents is necessary. -Local to Arizona null
