**Job Description**

The Senior Production Designer produces a variety of more complex materials to support Marketing activities. As part of the Creative team, the Senior Production Designer builds, revises, and finalizes electronic files, such as collateral, formularies, email templates, Short Message Service (SMS)/Text social posts, landing pages, presentations, and sales and marketing materials.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare and finalize technically accurate marketing and corporate collateral including brochures, direct mail, formularies, forms, event materials and presentations, social media and website materials; build files to correct size and format, according to specifications provided, or defined in collaboration with the requestor

+ May build and test email templates, SMS, secure messaging, social posts, and landing pages across multiple devices and platforms

+ Complete content and graphic changes; check files for consistency in layout, content, format and brand consistency

+ Retouch, manipulate and color correct images as needed

+ Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating updates, timelines, and establishing priorities to provide timely and quality work

+ Drive improvement in the quality of work and efficiency of the team by developing and maintaining production workflows, standards and guidelines

+ Research and implement new technologies to improve quality and efficiencies for the team

+ Partner with leadership in the distribution and planning of projects and processes as requested

+ Prioritize workload and time management

+ Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

+ 5 years of work experience in electronic production

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

**Additional Qualifications**

+ Advanced level of design skills including expertise in typography, form and color theory, proportion and balance, photographic and computer imaging techniques and electronic layout skills

+ Demonstrated ability and interest in staying current on new design programs

+ Detail orientation with strong proofing skills

+ Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to function within a team-oriented environment

+ Ability to remain calm and collected in high stress situations and be flexible in an ever-changing environment

+ Thorough knowledge of electronic and print production techniques and the ability to make sound recommendations regarding their use

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)/Health care experience

+ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

+ Experience working with eXtensible Markup Language (XML)

+ Expertise in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word

**Minimum Physical Job Requirements**

+ Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk, and hear

+ Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

+ Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, and crouch

+ Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

**Reporting Structure**

+ Reports to a Principal in the Marketing department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,500.00 - $111,700.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
