**Required Skills:**

Program Manager - Inclusive Marketing Council (IMC) Responsibilities:

1. Perform program management for the Inclusive Marketing Council process, with oversight, application and escalation responsibilities in partnership with Marketing and Business and Reality Lab teams.

2. Will strategically plan and prioritize around Inclusive Marketing Council program enhancements, scaling, and sustainability including process polish and measurable success metrics.

3. Will create and maintain Inclusive Marketing Council case studies based on outcomes (quarterly cadence).

4. Will collaborate with other Inclusive and Representation lead(s) in RL and GBM Marketing to ensure efficiencies and align program goals /expansion/growth.

5. Will collaborate with the team and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare and propose a proper measurement plan for the Inclusive Marketing Council.

6. Will build and maintain a close partnership with key creative teams, agencies, marketers, and production partners to ensure their understanding of the Inclusive Marketing Council process, limitations, and scope of the work the team will provide.

7. Will prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports (and/or score card) for the Inclusive Marketing Council to share with broader stakeholders.

8. Will participate in crafting and collaborating on new processes/tools/programs to ensure an inclusive lens is consistently applied across all new work initiated by Creative X and external agencies, including creation and integration of reflective questions embedded in creative briefs/templates to ensure accountability.

9. Will work successfully in partnership with other Marketing Inclusion programs within Creative X such as 'In front of/Behind the Camera', 'Storyteller Series' etc.

10. Will work to drive collaboration and innovation between the Inclusive Product Council and Inclusive Marketing Council.

11. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Analytics, Marketing, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and two years of work experience in job offered or program or project management-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:

13. 1. Experience as a strategist, account lead, or brand manager at a consultancy, design agency or internal brand team

14. 2. Project management experience

15. 3. Experience as a project lead with functional teams

16. 4. Building relationships with colleagues at all management levels

17. 5. Planning, prioritizing, and executing on multiple projects simultaneously

18. 6. Facilitating workshops and training sessions

19. 7. Utilizing data to drive decisions and measure results.

**Public Compensation:**

$213,537/year to $236,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits
