Basic Job Functions:

Basic Job Functions:

+ Be a working member of the Verco leadership team to continuously improve our safety, productivity, and profitability.

+ Work with the post sales team to improve the customers experience with Verco.

+ Assist in training and developing post sales teammates.

+ Work with all departments to optimize project flow from booking through shipping.

+ Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers.

+ Best mark with other divisions to develop best practices for the Verco post sales team.

+ Be an active participant in the development and improvement of tools that assist the post sales team.

+ Project Manage jobs as needed.

+ Be willing and able to work more than 40 hours per week.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ One or more years steel or construction industry experience

+ Experience working with customers

+ Proficient with Microsoft office applications

+ Be willing to and have means to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Project management or other post sales/sales experience

+ Previous leadership experience
