Wells Fargo is back in the office, working together for great outcomes in our Cyber Security Division.

This role is three days a week in the office, seated in the areas where the ad is posted.

This role has no Visa sponsorship or transfer.

Wells Fargo is looking for tool savvy Cyber Analyst, who will work within our Governance area. You'll feel like you are contributing to the larger purpose as you create dashboards, pivot tables and visuals for the Cyber Executives to consume. We will give you the end goal and you'll suggest the way to get there and produce the outcome.

You'll bring a strong skill set across key business tools including Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Power Apps, and Power BI. Well organized, you'll be able to continuously manage and execute multiple priorities simultaneously.

You'll drive strategic build out and maintenance of collaboration, storage, and tracking solutions sites including structure, organization, and permissions while ensuring adherence to company information management policies.

We need someone who can lead, and support programs and controls of moderate complexity related to business resiliency while performing records management and contributing to project plans. Additionally, you'll manage documentation, and work with users to understand complex problems and resolve issues in accordance with change management timelines.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Partner with Governance and other Cybersecurity teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative solutions.

+ Design, develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Share Point Online to address business needs, streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

+ Leverage superior Jira skills to manage new and existing projects including user permissions and access, design, workflows, and dashboards to provide appropriate workload management and analysis.

+ Review and analyze moderately complex business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate and communicate change impacts using comprehensive engagement strategies.

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid- to senior level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

+ Champion continuous improvement to identify appropriate business solutions to track, monitor, and analyze data.

+ Develop and maintain process documentation and provide inputs to regular associated reporting.

+ Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

+ Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed.

+ Lead projects and initiatives, serve as a peer mentor to staff and interns as needed.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Strong technical expertise with at least two of the following: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power Apps, and/or Power BI

+ Strong critical thinking and project management skills, consistent attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

+ Familiarization with Agile and ITIL service management frameworks

**Job Expectations:**

+ Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per week
