This Nurse Coordinator will manage and coordinate care for the hematology patient populations. Populations include; thalassemia, aplastic anemia and other patients who require chronic transfusions. Duties include phone triage, education and working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8a-5pm. No holidays or weekends. Looking for a candidate with hematology experience as well as someone who wants to make this position their career.

This position coordinates the patient care services, workflow, and activities provided by nursing and support staff of assigned program. This position provides guidance, support, and direction to staff to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, and professional standards and requirements.
