The Financial Analyst is a non-traditional ET role which offers experience and exposure for driven individuals to work with a diverse and dynamic set of senior leaders. You will have an opportunity to grow your leadership and collaboration skills while using your expertise in financial acumen. You will gain cross- functional experience by partnering with EPEO Service Teams and the OCETO to financially support critical infrastructure needs for Ford Motor globally. The ideal candidate for this position will embrace multi-tasking, working collaboratively with the ET service teams, leadership, and IT Finance. The candidate must have a continuous improvement mindset and have a strong focus on quality and details.

+ Serving as a guide and consultant to Ford IT customers on the financial forecasting and financial close processes

+ Inputting forecast details and comparing actuals to budget in the Apptio System (soon to be Nicus)

+ Supporting team with Apprio/Nicus reports and analysis to effectively manage forecasts

+ SME for Ford ET Europe accounting practices

+ Identifying and creating accruals, corrections, and amortizations monthly during the financial close process

+ Supporting monthly reviews of the actuals to budget and updating forecasts with customers

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), coupled with Analytical Skills and a Detail-oriented mindset

+ Advanced Finance/Accounting Skills for corporate environment (forecasts, budgets, actuals, accruals, etc.)

+ Understanding Ford global financial process, especially EU

+ Strong understanding of Apptio and Ariba

+ Customer service mindset

+ Ability to quickly learn new financial tools
