**Required Skills:**

Technical Principal Responsibilities:

1. Design and build operational processes that protect businesses and users across Meta products.

2. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to identify trends and implement solutions at scale.

3. Work with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to identify and build tools that improve performance of our systems.

4. Anticipate and predict potential threats to operations and platform, design and build solutions to protect against these threats, and then implement and enforce these systems at scale.

5. Perform statistical modeling and statistical regression analysis to construct business patterns and trends.

6. Build dashboards using Tableau and SQL to present business insight.

7. Plan and manage complex projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution.

8. Proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends, and the impact of changes to all internal stakeholders.

9. Develop and deliver measurement and reporting to quantify the impact of all launches, and monitor and analyze product and operational health metrics.

10. Drive internal and external process improvements, solve workflow problems, and ensure internal tools and automation systems are fully leveraged.

11. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Minimum Qualifications:

12. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field, related field, followed by five years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

13. Requires five years of progressive, post baccalaureate work experience in the following:

14. 1. Dealing with complex, multi-faceted problems requiring creative and innovative solution development leveraging quantitative analysis and risk analysis

15. 2. Proficient to handle advanced analysis with large data sets in SQL and Excel

16. 3. PHP, Python, or Perl

17. 4. Building data pipelines

18. 5. Reporting systems, dynamic alerts, and data pipeline architecture

19. 6. Ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and resolve complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise concepts

20. 7. Ability to prioritize, re-prioritize, and handle multiple competing priorities

21. 8. Working with data visualization tools: Tableau or Unidash

22. 9. Ability to resolve and communicate issues with business presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

23. 10. Solving problems using data and providing practical business insights, AND

24. 11. Leading data-driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution.

$186,846/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits
