Essential Job Functions:
+ Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels, internal and external to the organization;
+ Answering phones, prepare correspondence and documents;
+ Following approved Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring internal controls are strictly complied with;
+ Accurate data entry, reporting and update / create spreadsheets;
+ Other projects and duties as assigned;
+ Daily filing and administrative duties;
+ Assisting the supervisor and superintendents with all their paper work and reports they ask for
+ Filing and organizing all paper work for Supervisors and Employees
+ Working with Kronos, Excel, Word
+ Doing weekly and daily reports for Management and HR in a timely manner
+ Answering emails and questions form departments such as Shipping, HR, Nursing, and Payroll
Experience Required:
+ Previous clerical experience
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
Skills/Abilities Required:
+ Must have strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Email, Etc.
+ Good oral and written communication Skills Must be able to read, write, speak English, bilingual would be a plus.
+ Good attention to detail.
+ Food Safety experience would be a plus.
+ Must be capable of working independently.
+ Must be able to work weekends if needed.
