VCA Valley Animal Hospital & Emergency Center is seeking an experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistants to join Primary Care team.

The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.

In addition to standard Veterinary Nursing Technical skills, we value:

+ Excellent Client & Patient Care while staying on time with schedule

+ Knowledge and competence of Nursing care, husbandry, and clinical practice Canine & Feline patients

+ Anesthesia induction, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery for canine & feline patients

+ Experience with surgical assistance and dental prophylaxis

+ Organization, self motivation, and desire to grow/practice at the top of your license

Compensation varies based on education, experience, and current AZ CVT license: $15 - 23/hour (includes scale for licensed and unlicensed Veterinary Technicians)

CE Allowance $750/year for CVTs, $1000/year for VTS.

Full time.

Typical schedule alternates Monday - Thursday and Sunday - Wednesday 7/7:45a - 6p.
