**Role Description**

As our Program Manager, Finance Business Process, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects to define, design, and implement the future finance business processes for GFiber. Collaboration and the ability to work with cross-functional partners across all levels is essential since you will implement Finance processes and systems to ensure optimal capabilities across all end-to-end finance processes. You can expect to work on a range of different types of finance projects and business processes, increasing their efficiency and effectiveness, by using your previous experience as a business process owner. Additionally, your responsibility will also include the documentation of those processes.

**In this role, you'll:**

+ Partner with the Finance Systems team to perform requirements prioritization, project planning, resource estimates, risk management, change management, cost, solution implementation and status reporting.

+ Provide functional expertise on systems and solutions selection/architecture/implementation, continuously improving core Financials/Accounting processes and responsibilities including Fixed Assets, Project Systems, Inventory, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, Record to Report, Compliance, and Consolidations.

+ Collaborate and build relationships with Finance, Business, and IT leaders, both within GFiber and externally to ensure GFiber’s Finance architecture, processes, and operations requirements are supported by our IT systems and processes.

+ Lead the key systems (e.g. ERP, Billing, Financial Planning etc.) architecture and solution selection and implementation for Finance.

+ Develop current and target Finance business systems / process documentation.

**At a minimum we'd like you to have:**

+ Bachelor's degree in technology (Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience (MBA a plus).

+ 8 years experience in accounting/finance systems roles including time in accounting/finance processes such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Tax, Treasury, and/or Consolidations.

+ Experience leading a full cycle ERP implementation such as SAP S4 and/or Hana Public Cloud.

+ Experience in designing and ensuring the effective integrations and operation of processes across different Finance platforms such as Blackline, Vertex, SureTax, Workday, Coupa, Concur, Integration Tools, Zuora, and Business intelligence.

+ 2 years experience in a program management role implementing accounting/finance business systems.

**It's preferred if you have:**

+ Experience using written and verbal communication to build internal and external stakeholder trust and confidence ensuring project completions meet deadlines.

+ Experience in Supply Chain (inventory, procurement, etc.) domain area.

+ Experience with multiple ERP implementations across business verticals and stakeholders.

+ Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.

+ Ability to identify inefficiencies in processes and work through removing them individually or leading a team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
