This RN Coordinator will manage patients with leukemia/Lymphoma alongside 2 other RN coordinators, Providers, Social Workers and Medical Assistants.
Main duties include; education, phone triage, medication refills, care coordination; working with a multidisciplinary team. This position is primarily a M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours a week. The best part is NO holidays/NO weekends and NO call!!! Incumbent will manage workflow of patients who come into the clinic for treatment. Will work closely with the team of nurses, providers, and leadership to ensure the best patient experience. Minimum of two years’ experience with HemOnc population in a hospital or clinic setting is required. No NEW Grads, please.

This position coordinates the patient care services, workflow, and activities provided by nursing and support staff of assigned program. This position provides guidance, support, and direction to staff to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, and professional standards and requirements.
