Are you a strategic leader with expertise in managing complex IT programs and driving organizational change? Join our team as a Manager of IT Project Management within the IT PMO, where you will oversee large-scale IT program workstreams, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance business processes and meet technical needs.
What your day would be like:
You are responsible for:
+ Program Leadership:
+ Lead and manage an assigned IT program workstream, such as the SCORE program, overseeing requirements definition, analysis, design, and implementation of both new systems and modifications to existing systems.
+ Strategic Coordination:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with program objectives, ensuring adherence to the governance framework while addressing key issues and mitigating risks.
+ Organizational Change Management (OCM):
+ Play a critical role in driving OCM activities, including the development of change management strategies and training resources to ensure smooth solution deployment and adoption by end users.
+ Customer-Focused Solutions:
+ Resolve complex operational challenges, implement effective solutions, and maintain a constant focus on delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
+ Advisory & Financial Support:
+ Act as a trusted business advisor, providing guidance on financial needs and strategies for partnering business units.
+ Team Leadership:
+ Manage and mentor teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to achieving program goals.

Minimum Requirements
Manager IT Project Management | IT PMO
+ BS in Business, Computer Science or related degree or equivalent work experience.
+ PLUS ten (10) years progressively responsible related experience in area/s of assignment is required to obtain an advanced understanding of team management, complex solution resolution, project management, finance, and budget management.
+ AND minimum 3 years previous supervisory experience.
+ Demonstrated high quality oral, written and presentation communication skills, high quality interpersonal and people management skills, and demonstrated experience in project management.
+ Experience in leading transformational programs or projects with multiple stakeholders and objectives preferred.
Major Accountabilities
1. Directs the delivery of a workstream within a large program to support program objectives, technology implementation, and process redesign to support user experience and simplification of tools within the program.
2. Ensures business requirements are balanced to provide effective results. Manages testing cycles to ensure a quality deliverable.
3. Resolves technical issues and recommends and implements viable alternatives and solutions.
4. Ensures departmental costs remain within approved budget.
Continually improves work processes. Assigns, directs, facilitates, reviews and approves workstream work activities.
5. Partners with other managers across the program to ensure alignment and team objectives are in support of the overall program.
6. Identifies and communicates key issues impacting schedule, scope and budget adherence to the Director and Executive leadership over the program.
7. Develops and retains a highly skilled business subject matter expert (SME) team and ensures the effectiveness and productivity of the team to achieve the established goals of the program.
8. Ensures appropriate staffing levels and that staff has technical and business skills to support objectives of the organization.
9. Contributes to the development of a cooperative culture that supports team accomplishments. Communicates issues openly and honestly with staff, peers, management, and customers in a timely manner.
