IMBServ is a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider to Veterans nationwide. We are seeking dependable experienced dispatchers to add to our 24/7/365 operations team. Qualified candidates should have a proven ability to work in a remote environment, while adhering to company procedures and standards, maintaining productive results. They should have experience in a call center/customer service environment in the transportation industry. Timely and professional communication drives success. A well organized person will have strong organizational and planning skills to aid in their problem solving abilities. Intermediate word and excel skills are required. All incoming and outgoing calls are for the purpose monitoring existing transports, and creating new ones. We do not do cold sales calls.
