Specifically, the CS organization manages the ecosystem of CEG platforms, applications, third party partners, colleague insights and reporting, and colleague-related risk, compliance, and governance. To that end we are looking for an optimistic, tenacious, and adaptable product manager that can help realize this mission.

**What You’ll Do:**

As a Product Manager in the Colleague Product & Program Management team, you will be fully engaged in the CEG transformation as we continue to learn and grow into a strong product-based organization. Your product’s will include Career and Performance system and capabilities that are crucial elements in driving Career Growth @ Amex. You will work within a cross functional product team to ensure your products are built and enhanced with an exceptional colleague experience at the forefront; you’ll be using colleague insights to inform your strategic roadmaps and key success metrics to measure your team’s progress. You will define and prioritize product features, articulate, and deliver requirements, lead customer testing, take new capabilities to market, and evolve the product backlog. And in conjunction with your product team, you will shepherd your products through their entire product lifecycle using product management best practices.

+ Enthusiasm for exceptional products and services, able to empathize with colleagues, and skilled at articulation of product functionality

+ Experience working with software developers, engineers, and architects, with a strong ability to translate product requirements succinctly and ensure technology deliverables are built with high quality

+ Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to make connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action

+ Determination to get to the best outcome for our colleagues

+ Detail oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and assess how pieces of the puzzle interact and affect the overall project

+ Recognize issues quickly and determine how to get a resolution through creative and effective problem solving

+ Excellent communication skills across distributed and global teams with ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment

+ Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability

+ Preferred, but not required, experience in product management, product ownership, or similar role

+ Preferred, but not required experience in Career and Performance space

+ Preferred, but not required, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.

**Qualifications**

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
