**Job Title:** Loan Workout Specialist

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Term:** 12 Months (Contract)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Loan Workout Specialist** to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will support the **Legal Remedies Team** by gathering and organizing loan documentation to assist in the litigation process for defaulted accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan workout, commercial lending, or related fields, along with strong organizational and research skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Access multiple systems to retrieve and compile media items related to loans.

+ Package materials into PDFs and send them to external law firms.

+ Assist with creating and maintaining reports in Microsoft Excel.

+ Manage and organize lists in **E-Car** .

+ Support various legal remedy projects as needed.

+ Provide information and support to internal Loan Workout personnel.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ **6+ months of experience** in Loan Workout, Commercial Lending, or a related field (finance, banking, administration, loan processing).

+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneNote** .

+ Experience using **Adobe Pro or Adobe Reader** to combine documents.

+ Strong **research and analytical** skills with the ability to follow structured procedures.

+ Understanding of **loan processing and banking operations** .

**Preferred Skills:**

+ Experience supporting **legal or litigation-related** processes.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external legal partners.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
