We are seeking a resourceful, energetic, positive individual who can provide recruiting strategy, direction, and partnership for some of our most critical roles. The ideal candidate will have proven, high volume recruiting experience, Workday or other robust HRIS experience, and excellent organizational and customer service skills.
This position will work as part of a highly productive, collaborative team serving a variety of client groups ultimately working toward the same goal, excellent patient diagnostic care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
3 years of Human Resources experience OR 3 years of leadership experience that includes interviewing, screening & hiring.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and apply other software solutions used in recruiting and applicant tracking.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the healthcare industry
