**Qualifications:**
+ Active FNP or PA license in Arizona
+ DEA license with prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain)
+ Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
+ Primary Care experience preferred
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to care
