**Pay Rate:** $21.65 – $30.31 per hour

At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we are seeking a sharp, calm-under-pressure **Emergency Dispatcher** to join our team at a high-security aerospace facility in Mesa, AZ. As the critical first point of contact in emergency situations, you will help protect lives, property, and operations by ensuring rapid, coordinated responses across multiple teams.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Answer and document emergency calls while dispatching fire and security units via multiple radio channels.

+ Provide pre-arrival instructions based on established emergency response protocols.

+ Monitor and manage radio traffic and incidents using Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.

+ Ensure accurate documentation and timely notifications to key personnel.

+ Collaborate within a team environment in a fast-paced operations center.

+ Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Complete Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) training (provided) and maintain certification.

**What You’ll Need to Bring**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or GED required; vocational or associate degree preferred

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a multitasking, team-based environment

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

+ Experience as a dispatcher in public safety or private-sector security/fire protection

+ Proven ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations

+ Familiarity with CAD systems and multi-channel radio communication

+ Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills

+ Receptiveness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement

**Shift & Training Details**

+ **Training Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Training Week)

+ **Post-Training Shift:** Assigned based on availability

+ 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

+ 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

+ 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

_Please note: This is a rotating shift role. Final shift assignment will be determined post-training._
