UCT is looking for a talented Operator II to join us in Chandler, AZ!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Problem Solving Skills: Machine operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
Attention to Detail: Machine operators will work with precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be a critical error.
Mechanical and Technical Skills: Some machines are controlled by computers and operators will need to work with CAD/CAM technology. Others are highly mechanical, and operators will need to know how and why they work.
Ability to use machine operators often work long hours doing repetitive movements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read schematics work and complex instructions, how and make sure items are designed and built correctly.
Able to read need to read and understand blueprints, schematics, models, and other specifications.
Know the basic welding symbols, welding gases, straightening, and tweaking techniques and heat shrinkage.
Follow company policies in regard to workmanship standards, quality policy, and customer specifications.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Certification a plus.
Experience Requirement:
Work Experience:
Semiconductor experiences a plus.
