We are looking to add an employee to our team that has expertise in building maintenance, including the upkeep of building systems, routine property inspections, and renovations or upgrades to our exsisting buildings.
You must have 2 years experience in the field and knowledge of trade related to facilities maintenance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform maintenance, service, repair, and/or refurbishment to programs buildings and worksites including new developments and existing structures
Respond to emergency calls when directed by Supervisor
Report all problems, issues and work related matters promptly to the Supervisor
Submit bids and/or material cost estimates on job lists and projects as requested
Track and report receipts for items purchased per work order on weekly basis
Perform routine inspections of property to check for maintenance problems, identify a time to service with Supervisor, and to verify NHCC is in compliance with licensing agencies
Perform renovations and upgrades to program buildings and worksites as directed
Assist in the upkeep of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical and other systems
Operate and maintain various types of equipment, instruments, and tools used in the inspection and maintenance of building and grounds
Assist construction teams as needed or directed by Supervisor
Track/Prioritize work order/tickets as needed
Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines as needed

Starting salary is $20-26 per hour depending on knowledge of trade, certifications, and apprenticeships.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
2 years experience in the field
Valid AZ driver's license with no restrictions.
Ability to complete criminal history self-disclosure affidavits and obtain an Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) unrestricted Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (state and federal background checks required).
Must pass a drug test and comply with NHCC's drug-free workplace policy.
