The **Senior eCommerce Customer Development Manager - eTail** will fill a critical role that includes leading key customer partnerships, P&L ownership, hands-on operations as well as strategic thought leadership to define our digital & eCommerce strategy & execution.

As a member of the Digital Commerce team at Colgate-Palmolive’s CP Skin Health business, this person will lead customer engagement & business across multiple strategic retailers and will be responsible for identifying and creating joint growth opportunities with our eTail partners in the Professional Beauty category.

In addition, this person will develop strong business relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics etc.) to drive strong growth for the CP Skin Health US business.

_This position can be based out of either Scottsdale, AZ or Seattle, WA._

**What you will do:**

+ Own all aspects of your customers’ business, including full P&L and cross functional aspects

+ Develop short & long term customer strategy, annual Joint Business Plans, negotiation strategies and other tactics needed to achieve customers’ sales & marketing goals

+ Own the sales, as well as the marketing & media plan, for all customers, including merchandizing, PR and other joint strategic opportunities

+ Own customers’ relationship, meeting cadence & engagement matrix, across all external & internal stakeholders, including Top to Top meetings with leadership, Quarterly business plans and other regular connects

+ Build strong working relationships with all customer account teams including Vendor Managers, Buyers, Marketing Managers and Merchandisers, and lead key meetings as an eCommerce and CP Skin Health expert

+ Collaborate closely with internal cross functional partners - Marketing, Supply Chain, Innovation, finance, sales operations etc.

+ Acquire an understanding of customer needs, identify growth opportunities and the organizational competencies and requirements to win with each customer

+ Own the digital shelf at each customer and ensure that the cross functional teams are aligned to the business objectives & delivery against those

+ Keep abreast of industry trends, risks & opportunities and identify new eCommerce partners to engage with

+ Utilize all tools & analytics platforms available to make data driven decisions to drive growth

+ Track all 7Ps (Product assortment, pricing, promotions, placement etc.) across all partners and ensure excellence in execution

+ Design and deploy best practices across all key customers for Skin Health category

+ Own forecasting, sales projection & demand planning processes for this channel

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree with a preference for Marketing, Finance, Management or eCommerce

+ 5+ years eCommerce account management/customer development experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master's Degree

+ Prior experience working with Amazon, THG/Dermstore, BlueMercury and other beauty retailers

+ Prior experience working with online marketplaces

+ Ability to work independently and fully own multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

+ Experience with capabilities like Pacvue, Profitero, Stackline, and CommerceIQ

+ Previous Beauty/Skincare experience

**Compensation and Benefits**

Salary Range $135,000.00 - $168,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
