As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best customer experience. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiries regarding ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs, and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status, and resolving discrepancies.

**YOU MUST HAVE**
· High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
· Customer service experience
· Advanced English level
· An attention to detail
