We are looking for a proactive **Collections Specialist with French** to manage customer invoicing, dispute resolution, and collections processes. You will ensure targets for Net Working Capital and Accounts Receivable are met while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role acts as the key link between customers, the field team, and finance.
+ Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure smooth communication and trust, proactively addressing any payment or invoicing concerns
+ Driving the reduction of overdue accounts receivable by actively following up on outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans where needed, and ensuring timely cash collection
+ Managing and resolving disputes in close collaboration with Field Leaders and Finance teams, ensuring quick resolution of issues that may delay payments, and achieving individual and team dispute resolution targets
+ Handling customer account administration, including account reconciliations, monitoring unapplied cash or credits, and providing guidance to ensure proper allocation of payments
+ Identifying and escalating high-risk or uncollectible accounts according to internal policies to minimize financial exposure and support appropriate risk management decisions
+ Ensuring adherence to company AR processes and policies, acting as a control point for compliance, and contributing to process improvement initiatives, including participation in Six Sigma or other special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency
+ Advanced **French and English** skills (min. B2)
+ Min. **2-3 years of collections experience** (mandatory)
+ Min. 5 years in a corporate environment (preferred)
+ Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory), knowledge of SAP or similar systems (preferred)
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ Excellent communication skills across departments and directly with customers; ability to manage relationships remotely
