We have an opportunity for an **Customer Support Management Professional** to join our team in **Bucharest** .

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Facilitating Communication and Assistance: Support existing business units in comprehending the migration process to the centralized ERP system through effective communication and guidance.

+ Developing Data Governance and Cleansing Processes: Establish a comprehensive data governance, implement cleansing actions, and initiate the cleaning of Customer Master Data.

+ ERP Deployment Scorecards: Manage ERP deployment scorecards to monitor and evaluate data quality & performance. · Leading Centralization and Standardization Projects: Lead projects aimed at enhancing centralization, standardization, and automation of customer master data activities to improve data quality and key performance indicators (KPIs).

+ Generating Monthly Data Quality Reports: Create and distribute monthly reports and scorecards on data quality along with actionable recommendations to enhance overall process efficiency.

+ Providing Cross-Functional Training: Deliver cross-functional training sessions and act as a key point of contact for inquiries related to customer master data.

+ Leading Customer Experience Improvement Initiatives: Oversee projects and initiatives dedicated to driving improvements within the other functions

+ Delivering Reports as Requested: Generate reports as requested by supervisors or management to support decision-making processes. Applying MOS: Create and Implement Management Operating System, uphold quality standards, and ensure process compliance in daily operations.

+ Highlighting Process Deviations: Identify any deviations or exceptions in processes, promote best practice sharing, and initiate opportunities for process improvements. Resolving Data Integrity Issues: Address and resolve existing problems related to data integrity and compliance, providing strategic solutions for future reference.

+ Participating in Integration Projects: Actively engage as a member of assigned integration projects that involve master data changes to ensure cohesive transitions.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree Experience

+ Several years’ experience in data / systems management. SAP knowledge essential.

+ 3+ years Customer Support experience
