Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

SHIFTS: FHD (Sunday-Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays) 6:30am-7pm, or BHD (Thursday-Saturday, alternating Wednesdays) 6:30am-7pmJob Description

Join a leading semiconductor manufacturer and contribute to a long-term material handling project within a clean room environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on-site in a dynamic setting, with alternating shifts that include Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and track the movement of materials to ensure they are at the required location at the appropriate time.

+ Register material movement and maintain status updates in SAP within 24 hours of a status change.

+ Organize material storage for quick retrieval and prevent loss.

+ Physically transport materials within the clean room and from the warehouse to the customer facility.

+ Track and register material serial numbers using RF Scanner.

+ Ensure proper allocation and transportation of materials using suitable methods.

+ Order materials and arrange transportation as needed.

+ Inspect tools for completeness and verify certifications.

+ Maintain a neat and clean work area.

+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of tooling and kits during pickup and return processes, rejecting incomplete or inaccurate items.

+ Assist in resolving defects for incoming tools and kits.

+ Adhere to local and customer safety protocols and specific Ways of Working.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in material handling or manufacturing environments.

+ Proficiency with RF Scanner.

+ Basic Excel skills.

+ Positive personality and proactive attitude.

+ Clean room environment experience is beneficial.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Warehouse or semiconductor materials handling experience.

+ Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems or Excel for inventory management.

+ Strong communication skills for pass downs and changeovers.

+ Semiconductor or complex equipment knowledge.

+ Experience with SAP systems or similar ERP platforms.

+ Handling complex electro-mechanical components.

+ Advanced Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic document management.

+ Customer service orientation and multitasking abilities.

+ Initiative and self-direction in independent work settings.

+ Organizational skills for efficient material arrangement and process optimization.

+ Experience in process improvement or lean manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

This role involves active work within both clean room and external environments, requiring physical labor and repeated independent movement throughout shifts. Employees must be comfortable wearing a bunny suit for the entire shift and remaining on their feet all day. The position operates on a rotating schedule with potential for growth within the company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
