Sr ISC Production Supervisor

You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Carville, LA location on a Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing production workflows and enhancing team performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

+ Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency.

+ Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ 6+ years of experience in production supervision or related field.

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management principles.

+ Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

+ Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

**WE VALUE**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

+ 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.

+ Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions.

+ Experience in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on safety and quality.
