As a Senior Data Architect Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding the design and implementation of data architecture solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency to facilitate the organization's strategic goals and drive data-driven decision-making. You will report directly to our 1 and work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by guiding a team of data architects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development and maintenance of robust data architecture solutions. You will be accountable for ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and scalability, and for providing technical guidance and expertise in data architecture best practices.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead a team of data architects in designing and implementing data solutions

+ Define and implement data architecture best practices and standards

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions

+ Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices

+ Drive innovation in data management and identify opportunities for process improvement

+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture or a related field

+ Prior experience in a managerial or guiding role, overseeing a team of data architects

+ Strong understanding of data architecture ethics, methodologies, and best practices

+ Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data management tools and technologies

+ Experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient data architecture solutions

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

+ Strong guiding and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals

WE VALUE

+ Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

+ Experience in cloud-based data architecture solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

+ Knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices

+ Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus

+ Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

+ Certifications in data architecture or related areas
