**_Project Engineer II for UOP LLC in Des Plaines, IL_**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Work on programmable logic controller based control systems.

+ Manager control system project from receipt of Purchase Order through shipment.

+ Communicate with the customer.

+ Generate monthly status reports.

+ Coordinate internal disciplines (Software, Hardware, Instrumentation, etc).

+ Create control system technical documentation detailing interface of the system with field equipment.

+ Order materials.

+ Manage vendor shop interface.

+ Create quality control test documentation.

+ Verify System Operation.

+ Run Customer Acceptance Test.

+ Prep unit for shipment and coordinate.

**YOU MUST HAVE:**

+ Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the controls field.

+ Full term of experience must include the following: Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs); Rockwell Allen Bradley; RSLogix software; Siemens S7; AutoCAD; and Project management experience.
