Contract Duration: 12 Months

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 4+ years SMTP email support in a large corporate environment (25,000+ users).

+ Experience with Proofpoint (Sentrions / Cloudmark), Zix/Zixport, FireEye, SMTP Enterprise Relay, Microsoft Defender.

+ Familiarity with Exchange Hybrid routing.

+ 4+ years of Sendmail or Postfix configuration.

+ 2+ years of experience with secure email tools (e.g., Zix, TLS).

+ 1+ year of Splunk (log searching, creating dashboards, reports, etc.).

+ 1+ year Linux/UNIX scripting (bash, shell).

+ Experience with:

+ TLS implementation (opportunistic/enforced)

+ SPF, DKIM, DMARC (email authentication)

+ Monitoring tools: Nagios, Thousand Eyes, Grafana

**Desired Skills & Experience**

+ Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile Kanban.

+ Familiarity with change management and incident handling.

+ Experience in root cause analysis and event analytics.

**What You Will Be Doing**

+ Monitor and maintain on-prem email infrastructure.

+ Respond to email routing/security incidents quickly.

+ Implement security/authentication protocols (TLS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

+ Troubleshoot issues using Splunk, logs, and monitoring tools.

+ Work with internal teams (Networking, Exchange, DNS, Security).

+ Participate in on-call rotation.
