**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.

+ Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system, fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system.

+ The Tradesman will have the ability to read and follow PM instructions, have the basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers and VAVs.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Minimum five (5) years’ experience.

+ High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.

+ Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.

+ Knowledge of building management systems including, building automation system, fire alarm system, and pneumatic tube system.

+ Ability to read and follow PM instructions.

+ Basic knowledge of central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and VAVs.

**Pay Range**

$26.51 - $38.44 /hour
