**Responsibilities**

**Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge** is seeking a **Board-Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician** to join our established outpatient practice in **Northridge, CA** . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care to women across all stages of life.

**Opportunity Highlights:**

+ Full-time outpatient OB/GYN Physician position

+ Provide care across the full spectrum of women's health, including prenatal, gynecologic, and menopausal care

+ Emphasis on preventative care, chronic condition management, and minimally invasive procedures

**Compensation/Benefits Include:**

+ Annual salary of $340,000

+ Student loan reimbursement

+ Residency signing stipend: $24,000

+ Sign-on bonus: up to $125,000

+ Relocation assistance

+ Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

**Qualifications**

+ MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

+ Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

+ DEA certification

+ Passion for women’s health with experience in prenatal care, gynecologic procedures, and preventive medicine

+ Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

**Pay Range**

$163.46 - $163.46 /hour
