Zoom’s Business Applications team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our dynamic New Service Introduction (NSI) team. This position will partner with Zoom’s Product Managers to elicit business requirements and collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions to improve Zoom’s customer adoption. The role seeks an experienced, driven self-starter with a 'can do' attitude to support NSI and Commerce Enablement initiatives.
About the Team:
The team focuses on NSI offer enablement, implementing system changes to introduce new products to direct, channel, and online markets. We work with product managers, operations, including sales, channel, finance, billing, and pricing teams across Zoom.
Responsibilities
+ Serving as an SME and advisor in processes for product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.
+ Partnering with Product Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and FP&A to understand needs and gather business requirements for system changes in Product Launches.
+ Collaborating with our Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams and actionable tasks in a dynamic, agile environment
+ Collaborating with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities and perform post launch monitoring
+ Leading system and user acceptance testing, negotiating with business stakeholders, triaging defects and obtaining stakeholder sign-off
+ Establishing detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership
What we’re looking for
+ Hold a BS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
+ Have extensive experience (12-15yrs) analyzing business requirements; developing and documenting process flows and solution designs; testing new functionality
+ Have extensive experience (8yrs+) self-managing projects in fast-moving and dynamic environments, including developing project /sprint plans and reporting project status to executives
+ Have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions
+ Have functional experience in Order to Cash areas including CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, License Provisioning
+ Have experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart
+ Have experience with system in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora & Oracle Financials.
+ Have expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes)

**Job Description Summary**
Seeking motivated individuals for a position as a facility operation engineer in a high-volume, world-class data center. Candidates will be required to take and pass on-site classroom, hands-on and quarterly training program requirements. This training will include emergency generator operations, centrifugal chiller operations, switchgear and uninterruptible power systems operations, as well as ancillary systems such as HVAC and Fire System operation. There is a strong emphasis on training to acquire entry level operational qualification within one year of hire. Advanced level qualification is expected within 5 years. This position also supports facility maintenance using an established preventative maintenance tracking system. General plumbing, mechanical and electrical skills are preferred but not required. Individuals will be required to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime, as well as successfully pass onsite yearly recertification.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Monitor building and energy management systems; operate data center systems and equipment; respond immediately to urgent situations (e.g., fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns
