The U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology (USCDT) team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. **Focus:**
We seek a Senior Product Designer for our foundational real-time processing technologies. The candidate must possess a rare combination of creativity and structure. The candidate must be an excellent communicator, facilitator of feedback conversations, and passionate about enabling the best user experience.

**Organizational Context:**
This role will report to an engineering director and be part of a multi-discipline engineering team. The team is responsible for building, owning, and maintaining the real-time processing technologies. The role will provide the glue that binds platform users, engineers, product managers, and leaders together.
**Responsibilities:**
**Leadership**
+ Mentor engineers to focus on delivering business value through functionality for platform users.
+ Build and conduct presentations to various partners and various levels regarding the platform.
+ Help drive the strategy for positioning of the platform and marketing its capabilities.
**Creative**
+ Shape storytelling and marketing to represent the platform
+ Create artwork and animation for presentations, the web site, etc.
**Customer Service**
+ Engage with customers and prospects to develop partnerships and relationships with engineers, product owners, and their leaders.
+ Participate in the onboarding process for the engineering side to craft the experience for the platform.
**Solution Delivery**
+ Assist in driving, documenting, and validating the requirements and capabilities.
**Administration**
+ Partner to define, refine, and coordinate processes to enable solution delivery and compliance with company standards.
+ Track and report various metrics related to customers and the platform.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field, or relevant work experience.
+ Understand people behaviors, influencing, and negotiation.
+ Skilled in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
+ Experienced in managing teams.
+ Knowledge of real-time processing and a scaled agile framework is a plus.

**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
