    ICM Solutions is hiring a qualified Field Service/Yard Technician for ICM's Idaho territory. Full-time benefited position. Keep safety first in all tasks while utilizing TRACK/Tyfoom.

    Will be responsible for performing accurate troubleshooting & diagnosing, timely repairs, and component installation on all models of Crushing/Shredding/Screening and Conveying equipment. This opening will require the technician to work in the field as well as the yard.

    **Job Description**

    + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on all makes and models of Crushing equipment, to ensure proper factory specifications and correct system operation.

    + Disassembly and assembly, diagnosis, testing, inspection and in-field/yard general line repair.

    + Utilize safe working habits in all aspects of the job.

    + Perform Field Service troubleshooting and repair work on all models of Crushing/screening/shredding/conveying equipment.

    **Required Qualifications:**

    + Must be willing to work out of town, overtime and weekends as needed.

    + Maintain Rapid Response truck and company provided tooling and equipment.

    + Have and maintain a clean MVR (no more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25).

    + Must have some knowledge and experience repairing equipment but does not need to be a journeyman technician.

    + Good working knowledge of Crushing equipment, components, and systems.

    + Demonstrated excellent work ethic with self-motivation, ability to work safe with minimal supervision on customer job sites, while maintaining dealership expectations of thoroughness and customer service.

    + Have the ability to keep up with new technology and advancements.

    + Must be able to obtain and maintain MSHA clearances.

    **Travel Requirements:**

    + Out of town as requires with multiple nights possible.

    **Job Description**

    **Key responsibilities for this role include:**

    + Prepare new and returnable drums and totes for filling, including labelling, pressure testing, and pumping out heels

    + Fill and package drums and totes

    + Sample and particle count product

    + Charging and monitoring distillations

    + Obtain forklift certification and perform material handling operations as assigned

    + Correctly document containers processed as required by standard operating procedure, including manual and electronic logs, forms, and labels

    + Operate manual and automated equipment in support of job functions

    + Must be capable of making necessary mechanical connections for tank systems and tankers

    + Communicate equipment status and outages to the lead and other supervision, as needed for correct, safe operation. Assist maintenance to troubleshoot and operate equipment for repair activities

    + Maintain job associated certifications and tasks above the basic level. Maintain EHS and other facility training current

    + Assist with operational, quality, and safety reviews, as assigned

    + Maintain a constant state of alertness and work in a safe manner

    **REQUIREMENTS**

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 0-1 years’ manufacturing experience in a related industry.

    + Experience in operating a forklift and other manufacturing tools.
