Responsibilities

+ Manage and track the movement of materials to ensure they are at the required location at the appropriate time.

+ Register material movement and maintain status updates in SAP within 24 hours of a status change.

+ Organize material storage for quick retrieval and prevent loss.

+ Physically transport materials within the clean room and from the warehouse to the customer facility.

+ Track and register material serial numbers using RF Scanner.

+ Ensure proper allocation and transportation of materials using suitable methods.

+ Order materials and arrange transportation as needed.

+ Inspect tools for completeness and verify certifications.

+ Maintain a neat and clean work area.

+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of tooling and kits during pickup and return processes, rejecting incomplete or inaccurate items.

+ Assist in resolving defects for incoming tools and kits.

+ Adhere to local and customer safety protocols and specific Ways of Working.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

This role involves active work within both clean room and external environments, requiring physical labor and repeated independent movement throughout shifts. Employees must be comfortable wearing a bunny suit for the entire shift and remaining on their feet all day. The position operates on a rotating schedule with potential for growth within the company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work on a team of

associates, headed by a Maintenance Supervisor, to troubleshoot, repair,

maintain, and recondition machinery, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment.

The Maintenance team also conducts maintenance and repair activities for the

facility, including but not limited to building, grounds, lighting, plumbing, HVAC,

etc. Our Casa Grande location specializes in the production of high-quality

plumbing products and fixtures, ensuring top-notch standards and innovation

in every piece.

**Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities**

• Provide support of robotic troubleshooting and change overs.

• Provide trouble shooting of 24Volt control systems.

• Provide operations support of PLC troubleshooting, instrumentation

calibrations, and VFD trouble shooting as needed.

• Develop and maintain the operator and management graphic displays for

production information, faults, and related data.

• Maintain documentation standards when interacting with PLC control

systems, electrical drawings, and SAP records.

• Work closely and coordinate with the Production, Scheduling and

Purchasing teams on all project-related support responsibilities and

activities.

• Assist Automation Engineering with control system projects.

• Attend technical seminars and training to learn and apply applicable

innovative products and processes.

• Adhere to safety and 5s plant culture.

• Perform other plant support as directed by the supervisor.

WORKING CONDITIONS - Heavy industrial environment, including, but

not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise,

heights, and confined spaces.

As an Automation Technician for Kohler Co., you will be an ambassador of the

Kohler brand and the Vikrell product line. In this role, you will maintain and

troubleshoot robotic equipment and associate control systems throughout the

plant. Experience with Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLC is required. The

Automation Technician also contributes to plant-wide controls support of

PLC’s, VFD’s calibrations and safety control systems. You will be an ideal

candidate if you are an experienced automation controls or robotic

professional and are willing to learn and adapt to company needs.

**Basic Qualifications**

• High school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience (3+ years)

with the installation, frequency, drive, and troubleshooting of electrical

systems. Have previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing

**Manufacturing Technician**

Location: 100% onsite in Chandler, AZ

Manufacturing Technicians operate complex equipment and analytical tools in a ESD environment. Multi-tasked responsibilities include non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as actual processing of state-of-the-art device.

**Primary job duties** are to maximize output using constraint management techniques while sustaining process, equipment issues, training and cross training cluster members while building a self-sustaining cluster team.

**Requirements:**

-AS degree in a technical field…including mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering.

-Prefer at least 1 year of work experience in Semiconductor cleanroom.

-Basic Computer Systems competency: Computer Literacy, MS word, excel, PPT, Email.

-Min HS diploma with Military accepted in Lieu of AS degree.

Summary The Nursing Specialty Service line located at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), is currently recruiting for a Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) Cardiac Sonographer (Echocardiographer). MIT's perform procedures and examinations on patients as a clinical or research service to physicians. The service relates to the treatment of particular patients, or it involves providing the physician with technical information used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in patients. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Identifies and record anomalies indicative of disease, injury, or other medically significant condition from ultrasound imaging and simultaneous recordings of the Doppler. Changes and develop sounding techniques to accommodate such variables as limited patient mobility, variation in physical condition or dimension of the patient. Interacts with patients explaining procedures and positioning and prepping the patient for procedure. Produces diagnostic quality images and Doppler frequency recordings using M-mode, two-dimensional, and Doppler ultrasound. Administers contrast when required for image quality per protocol. Maintains a high level of knowledge regarding patient monitoring equipment, patient positioning and comfort, peripheral venous access, and proper handling of lab specimens. Ensures proper performance of equipment, set up equipment, and reprocess reusable medical equipment (RME). Identifies and record anomalies indicative of disease, injury or other medically significant condition from ultrasound imaging and simultaneous recordings of Doppler imaging. Incorporates causes and results of a variety of symptoms and conditions into a plan of ultrasonic diagnostic examination. Reviews appointments for accuracy and communicate issues to multidisciplinary team and/or Clinical Nurse Manager. Advises cardiologist and/or referring physician of critically abnormal results of Echocardiography studies, providing physician with accurate calculations and preliminary diagnostic evaluation of the Echocardiogram. Administers contrast when required for image quality per protocol. Performs standard operator maintenance on the equipment including the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Sets up cardiac sonography equipment and ensures equipment functions properly. Ability to adapt transducer positioning, instrument controls, and examination techniques to the individual patient being studied and the problem being evaluated including recognizing pertinent abnormalities and documenting abnormal findings. Laser Components Detector Group, Inc. in Chandler is looking for a Production Operator that will be working in our Electronics Assembly and Test department.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Microelectronics Component Assembly skills in wire bonding, soldering, projection welding, and die attach experience for our microelectronics device manufacturing factory

Electronic device testing with wafer prober, oscilloscope, signal analyzer, multimeter, lock-in amplifier is desirable.

The individual will be part of a dynamic team assembling high performance electronics devices and components such as avalanche photodiodes (APDs) and PINs, high speed receivers, linear arrays, TEC-cooled photoconductors, and pyroelectric detectors. In a state-of-the-art production facility, our devices are processed with different materials including, silicon, InGaAs, lead salts, and pyroelectrics.

The successful candidate will be an experienced electronics manufacturing Operator capable of:

Working with very small parts under a microscope or specialized video equipment.
Must have excellent vision and good hand-eye coordination.
Able to interpret product drawings and schematics, as well as follow verbal and written instructions.
Responsible and accountable for producing high quality work to prescribed standards (military and commercial), with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget.
Capable of being trained across the entire product line, and working with Engineering on new or emerging products as well as producing first articles.
Basic Qualifications:

MUST HAVE 3 years+ of work experience within an Electronics component Manufacturing environment.
MUST HAVE 3+ years of work experience assembling and testing electronics components
Demonstrated history of successful work experience.
Proven track record of successful manufacturing assembly/test of electronics components
