    The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PNMNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) performs the following tasks in any authorized setting (clinics or hospitals).

    Nurse practitioners in the Optum at Home provide care to our OAH members as part of a team that includes a Case Manager (RN and/or BHA), Care Navigator and other supporting team members.     **Preferred Requirements:**

    + 2+ years experience in practice as a Nurse Practitioner

    + Effective time management and communication skills

    + Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs

    + Advanced knowledge of and experience with symptom management

    + Ability to work with diverse care teams in a variety of settings

    + Experience working with patients in non-clinical settings

    + Experienced computer skills, including Electronic Medical Record
