**About this role:**
We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of the core foundational platform capabilities and patterns for Wells Fargo’s Enterprise AI/ML platform. You will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for the platform's underlying APIs, LLM hub, data engine, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, secure, and performant.

+ 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

As a Manager of Product Development, you will drive the strategy and execution for Cross Product solutions, ensuring the capabilities support a consistent, seamless, and intuitive experience across all product and customer segments. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to create cross-product features that enhance interoperability and usability. Your work will directly impact our open banking Inbound Data strategy and capability development, as well other cross product experiences as the team expands.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development of cross-product features that enhance efficiency and improve customer experiences across all GCS customer segments
+ Drive collaboration with data governance, legal, privacy, compliance, business, engineering, design, and additional cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute key initiatives that meet enterprise needs
+ Identify opportunities to enhance existing capabilities to improve scalability and speed to market
+ Develop platform solutions that support cross-product functionality, ensuring seamless integration across systems
+ Proactively identify inefficiencies in current processes and create strategies to streamline workflows
+ Be proficient in documenting business architecture, ensuring clarity in how cross-product capabilities function and integrate across experiences
+ Leverage data-driven insights to refine platform capabilities and enhance usability
+ Communicate product strategies and updates to senior leadership and key partners
+ Occasional domestic travel
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 4 years of experience in product management, platform development, or related roles within financial services or technology
+ Proven track record in leading product initiatives from concept to execution, particularly for platform or cross-product capabilities
+ Strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment on priorities and execution
+ Experience defining and delivering product roadmaps, managing multiple priorities while adapting to evolving business needs
+ Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making
+ Proficiency in documenting business architecture to ensure a clear understanding of platform capabilities and their role in product development
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
+ Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MBA or equivalent Master's degree
+ Experience in developing cross-product capabilities with a focus on improving efficiency and usability across multiple customer segments
+ Strong understanding of customer experience, platform scalability, and cross-product feature development
+ Ability to align product strategy with business goals and drive meaningful impact
+ Experience presenting to senior executives and influencing cross-functional teams
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
